Q : Is your company a reliable repair station ?
A : Radar electronics encompass a huge range of items, with varying complexity. Our workshop does handle repair and manufacturing works, with reservations. Hence, in order to maintain highest standard possible, we do utilize services of highly skilled specialist repair stations. Most of these repair stations are not uncommonly the proprietor to the electronic equipment to be repaired, in other words the best person for the job is handling your radar electronics.

Q : Is your company capable of handling complex and sensitive electronics?
A : Do not worry, your items are in good hands. Our engineers have many decades of work experience as field service engineers and have dealt with most equipment fitted in various radar systems. We have the required knowledge and experience to deal with the equipment trusted to us.

Q : Do you have an NCAGE number and reference?
A : We are able and more than willing to provide this information for you. Contact us and our marketing and public relations department would provide this information and any other information you require.

Q : These are obsolete items, isn't it risky to send them to you?
A : Our engineers are highly competent (decades of experience) plus we utilize proprietary work stations. If risk of damage is involved, chances are it is much lower with us. At any point in time, the device is only handled by an expert. Also with proprietary repair stations, manufacture of the radar electronics to be repaired is possible. However this is only last resort.

Q : Would you not rather sell a new card then? it does cost more..
A : Indeed it does, and it is more complicated and time consuming as well. That's the reason why it is left as option and as last resort. Customer preference is repair and so is ours, in the interest of cost and delivery time.

Q : It seems to me that your company also acts like a middlemen? Isn't the OEM a better choice then?
A : To begin with our deliveries are 6-8 weeks, with almost 50% reduction in cost of repair with work quality nothing less than that of the OEM. We are also constantly researching ways to reduce repair  costs and delivery times for obsolete radar electronics rather than promoting sales of new equipment. We utilize services of specialist repair stations for quality control and efficiency. We do not risk further damage to the equipment trusted in us. It is our policy to deliver at lowest cost and fastest time, at highest standards possible.

Q : Your price is cheap, your delivery is quick. Where's the catch?
A : None. There is no hidden fine prints. Our terms and conditions are similar to other professional repair stations and do not differ greatly from the OEM. We aim to enable the functioning of obsolete radar equipment and we do so by cost-effective pricing and highly efficient workflow, and yet we are constantly working to improve both. We are a reputable company with a track record, working with other reputable companies and professional repair stations. Please get in touch with us for a complete company profile, organizational structure and reference.
